Long-Term Implementation of Engineering and Institutional Control Components of RCRA Corrective Action Remedies
This memorandum was issued to remind program implementers of the upcoming deadline to meet Goal 4 of the Hazardous Waste Cleanup Program Vision/Mission/Goals for 2030 and to provide suggestions to help meet that goal. Goal 4 for EPA to identify the key elements of effective Long-term Stewardship for hazardous waste cleanups, and for regions and states to have approaches in place to ensure implementation of the key elements.
