Introduction
Hazardous Waste Site information is obtained from the RCRA Subtitle C Site Identification Form (8700- 12) submitted to the appropriate agency as a Notification, a portion of the Part A submission, or as part of the Hazardous Waste Biennial Report submission. Site information may also be obtained from documentation supporting inspection results. Inspection data may incorporate office review and Part B information.
