The Financial Assurance Summary provides a listing of all RCRA regulated TSD sites with Financial Assurance coverage. This data shows the cost estimate for each mechanism type. A mechanism can include letters of credit, bonds (payment and performance), trust agreements (pay-in-trusts, fully funded trusts, and standby trusts), insurance, and self-insurance (i.e., financial test and corporate guarantee).
To produce the summary information, select the location, then click "Submit". Note: If you select "National", the summary information will be presented for all 58 States and Territories. If you select a Region, the summary information will be presented for the States and Territories in that Region.
